800SafeBath knows from time to time you might need to return a product to us. When returning a product please remember;
- Any request to return product must be done via e-mail (sales@800safebath.com). Please submit order# and note the product, quantity and reason for return.
- Return Goods Authorization will be sent via reply email and will include the return ship to address. Shipping for the return of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Full credit will be given to product free of damage and in the original packaging. If product is received damaged, pictures will be submitted to the customer identifying the issues.
- Original shipping charges can not be refunded.
